Dickinson gets cold, but far from record

One of the Dickinson area’s coldest August days in recent memory was far from the coldest on record.
Saturday’s daytime high temperatures reached 58 degrees with lows of 48 in the mid-afternoon at the Dickinson Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport, according to the National Weather Service. The day’s actual high was 74 degrees, which was recorded at about 2 a.m.
