Large flood lights are helping clean-up crews see the 11 cars that somehow tipped over going three to five miles per hour.
It happened early Thursday morning as the Chicago to Tampa train with 81 cars pulled in to the port.
On board: a mix of 90 percent ethanol, 10 percent gasoline. Three of the tanker cars spilled about 4,500 gallons of the fuel. Crews tightened caps to prevent further leakage.
